Traders

AST’s Traders have extensive knowledge of origins and destinations in their field and believe in executing contracts without the need for arbitrations and disputes. AST’s traders are proactively engaged with the customers and strive to solve problems with customer satisfaction in mind. Trading Heads have an experience of over 10 years in the product they handle, thereby making them specialists in their field. Diversification by way of trying new commodities and new markets is practiced on an ongoing process.

Logistics

Logistics is a very critical part of the business. AST’s Logistics team comprises off high calibre individuals who strive to create innovation. AST’s Logistics team is centralized in Dubai and always working constantly to ensure customer satisfaction. The team regulates the supply chain between origins and destinations by ensuring timely execution of contracts and freight negotiations. Each member specializes in their respective geography.

Finance

AST has a strong finance team. The finance team has over 15 years experience and is ably assisted by 2 Chartered Accountants, 1 Treasury / Banking lead and other team members. AST’s finance team maintains information in a systematic and efficient manner. AST’s finance team is well versed with a special emphasis on risk management and compliance.
